1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment (minimum 25% of tour cost) and written confirmation from Prime Vistaa Holiday. Seat availability is subject to change until confirmation is issued.
2. Payment Terms
The booking advance is due at the time of booking. The balance payment must be completed at least 30 days before the departure date. Failure to complete the balance payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 60+ days before departure: 90% refund of total tour cost. Cancellations 30–60 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: No refund. No-shows on the departure date: No refund.
4. Tour Amendments
Prime Vistaa Holiday reserves the right to amend itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, force majeure, or operational requirements. Alternate arrangements of equivalent standard will be provided wherever possible.
5. Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo ID, any required permits, and personal travel insurance. Prime Vistaa Holiday is not liable for loss of personal belongings, medical emergencies, or accidents during the tour.
6. Health & Fitness
Travellers must disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking. We reserve the right to deny participation if we believe a medical condition poses a risk to the traveller or the group.
7. Liability
Prime Vistaa Holiday acts as a tour organiser and is not liable for services provided by third-party hotels, airlines, or other suppliers. Our liability is limited to the tour cost paid.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
