Refund & Cancellation Policy
We know plans change. Here is how our cancellation, refund, and rescheduling process works.

Overview
At Prime Vistaa Holiday, we understand that plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are accepted, refunds processed, and bookings rescheduled.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@primevistaa.com or in person at our registered office. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The date of receipt of the written request shall be considered the cancellation date.
Cancellation Charges
The following charges apply for standard group tour packages:

| 8–14 days | 75% of total tour cost |

| No show | 100% of total tour cost — No refund |
Note: The advance deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. Package-specific cancellation terms (if different) will be communicated at the time of booking and take precedence over the above schedule.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days of the cancellation date to the original payment method:
- UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days after processing.
- Credit / Debit Cards: 5–10 business days (dependent on your bank's processing time).
- Cash payments: Refunds by bank transfer only (NEFT/RTGS); please provide bank account details.
Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the tour once travel has commenced. This includes unused hotel nights, meals, sightseeing, and transport.
Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your booking to a future departure of the same package, subject to the following conditions:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days before the original departure date.
- A rescheduling fee of ₹500–₹1,000 per person applies.
- Rescheduling is subject to seat availability on the new departure.
- Only one rescheduling request is permitted per booking without additional penalty.
- Second rescheduling or change to a different package is treated as a cancellation and re-booking.
- Price difference (if any) between the original and new departure is payable by the traveller.
Tour Cancellation by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel any departure if the minimum group size is not met or due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases:
- You will be notified at least 21 days before departure (or as soon as practically possible).
- You may transfer your booking to the next available departure of the same package at no extra charge.
- If no alternative is acceptable, a full refund of all amounts paid will be processed within 15 business days.
- The Company's liability is limited to the refund of amounts paid. No compensation for consequential losses (e.g., air tickets, visa fees) will be provided.
Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation or modification due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, war, strikes, pandemics, or government travel advisories), the standard cancellation schedule above may not apply.
In force majeure situations, the Company will endeavour to offer alternative dates or credit notes valid for 12 months. Refunds in such cases may be partial and subject to actual costs incurred by the Company with third-party providers.
